Sautéed Green Beans with Tomatoes & Crispy Parmesan:

The crunch of the green beans and the acidity of the tomatoes lend a great balanced flavour to the plate, making these Sautéed Green Beans with Tomatoes & Crispy Parmesan a welcome addition to the table. It works well for many dinners other than holidays. It goes extremely well with a hearty dish like fettuccine bolognese or slow cooker beef stroganoff. Don't, however, even consider skipping the crisp Parmigiano Reggiano. Even though making these Parmesan cheese "fricos," as they are commonly known, couldn't be simpler.

The only three ingredients in Parmigiano Reggiano, which is solely made in Italy, are milk, salt, and rennet. Parmigiano Reggiano never contains any form of additives. Sprinkle some Parmesan crisps on top of the dish.
