With every ripple, the sea speaks a new tale

unfolding in the breeze,

Beneath the surface, stories lie hidden,

waiting for the turn of the tide to reveal,

With the waves crashing relentlessly, 
emotions are swept away, 
lost in the rhythm of the tide,

Like a fleeting thought, 
the waves come to shore, 
take voice back before it lingers,

As the shadow of sea stretches across the shore, 
it hints at the arrival of something

new, unseen but certain…

“When does the light appear the brightest?” asked Bhavna, the counselor and therapist at the Brightman Mental Health Center, to Shirin during her second session that month. November had always been a depressing month for Shirin, as if gray clouds covered her home from all sides, suffocating her.
